The staff was inattentive. Breakfast service was slow and incomplete. Ordered items did not arrive. The promised amenities were not delivered.

i enjoyed the large balconies. it had separate toilet and shower areas, easy for two people to get ready. the breakfast offered many options and was tasty.

terrible bar food dirty curtains

The bar food was just terrible. It was frankly inedible and that is REALLY disappointing. I also noticed scuffs and holes throughout the room. the curtains were SO dirty (i was disgusted). The bed was like two single beds pushed together. VERY uncomfortable and annoying!

the breakfast buffet was acceptable (nothing special, mind you).

The tv didn't work for two nights, and when i inquired, they said it was out of their hands. Seems a bit substandard for a supposed five-star hotel if you ask me.
